    The Suite room was spacious and bed mattress was comfortable.

    Below are the many disappointments we faced: Security and Reception staff (Mr. Shiv) were asleep when we reached the hotel. Bed Sheet and bath Towels were stained and dirty when we checked in despite of calling a day before check-in. Had to wait for an hour after an tiring 8 hour journey from vailankanni and repeated requests to get clean sheets and towels. No drinking water in the room. The Staff was not at all apologetic for all the inconvenience caused at check-in. The suite bed was made of 2 single beds which shifted Staff had no briefing about when the general manager Mr.Ajayan would be in office after his leave. No temporary substitute to handle responsibilities in his place. No hot water for a bath. Provision of a kettle but no facility to have tea of coffee in the room.. Duh why have a kettle. No consideration on requesting a late check out after all the trouble at check-in. The Suite room bed was made of 2 single beds joined together which shifted in the night. No View at all from room. looking out into the opposite building. request for room change was declined. All in all a very horrible experience. Will never opt to stay in this hotel again.

    Location is attractive, close to railway station , business centers. Friendly and co operative staffs.Clean and neat room. small restaurant with delicious and tasty food.

    Managers personal initiative auto available on door step

    Personnel very slack at times and not really customer oriented limited choice for breakfast language difficulties with staff wifi access not available in all rooms. A/C noisy in rooms and you can hear from next room noises first sight very insalubrious front view from hotel. taxi travel desk operator only money minded and not service oriented had the same rate as affixed on brochure no deal or discount had additional 19.62 % to pay even being an airliner i did not get any discount.

    The rooms are very nice and clean, the restaurant can get you any food you want, and mr. Ajay, the geheral manager, cares about you like your best friend. What to ask more? Thank you once again.

    The location of the hotel was bad and the rooms felt crammed...AC wouldnt work all the time, there were power cuts and the response to the power cuts was very delayed

    The rooms were good and clean . The location of the hotel is very strategic especially if your mode of transport by train .

    The restaurant attached to hotel is pathetic and it is best avoided by all vegetarians. We had ordered for four vegetarian dishes and there were at best one more customer other than us to be served . Out of these four dishes two dishes served to us were non-vegatarian. When we complained of this . there was no apology from management . Infact their expressions looked as if we were making unnecessary fuss and this sort of mismanagement was norm rather than an exception . One more point the oil used in cooking is coconut oil in all dishes and that is something which people not accustomed should be careful .
